1. Free Shipping 

We offer free global shipping on all orders over $30.  

2. Flat-Rate Shipping 

For orders under $30, a flat shipping fee of $5 will be applied at checkout.  

3. Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.  

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. The logistics of goods are clearly traceable.   

4. Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 7–15 business days  

Europe: 7–15 business days  

Asia: 7–15 business days  

Other Regions: 10–25 business days  

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.  

5. Tracking Your Order  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to check the status of your delivery.  

6. Delivery Issues
