Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items may be tried on, but must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
• Original packaging is preferred, but not required

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered after delivery

Customers are responsible for returning the item. We currently do not provide return pickup services.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item received is defective
• The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide photos of the issue so our team can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Shipping Notice

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China through reliable international logistics partners.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, local carrier operations, holidays, and other external factors.
